This posting is addressed to anyone who uses Laxido to "kick-start" bowel movements. How many days of bowel inactivity do you wait for before deciding to use Laxido? Also, how often do you use it and is there any problem with using it regularly (once a week for example)?

I have IBS and l take Laxido when l have not opened my bowels for 3 days, take it on a night and find it works well the next morning, l have taken just 3 in the last month, l manage my IBS with a restricted diet, keep a food diary, have bad days but the more l am disciplined the better l feel, certainly a challenge but l will not be beaten !
Thanks for replying. A 3 day wait seems reasonable to me too but I guess it depends on the individual. Do you just use one sachet of Laxido each time? One sachet used to give me a good result the next day but recently it has not worked and I have upped it to 2 sachets.
