Ibs and diverticula advice

hi at the minute I’m having a problem with Ibs and diverticula does anyone on here get pain underneath there ribs back pain and wind from bottom ,also one day I will be constipated next it’s just the opposite any advice would be helpful thanks

Hello 👋🏻 I also get pain under my breast & around my left ribs. Almost like a stitch and takes my breath away sometimes. When I press the site of the pain it feels like bruising. I’ve been suffering with this pain since the summer. Had investigations in hospital as was suspected blood clot, after x-rays & scans all clear. Still have no idea what it is. Other symptoms are wind (both ends) Doctor recently gave me Omeprazole but doesn’t seem to be helping. I’m now wondering if it could be IBS?
