Road trip.....1 at day 10 hours in car, 2nd day 9 hours. Was so afraid stomach would cause issues, but I didn't eat in the car. Light meal at hotel and nothing threw following day till got to final place. Took 2 immodium daily and xanax... think that really helped.

So happy to hear that! I know how difficult trips must be when you're dealing with IBS. Glad you made it
👏👏👍
Be careful with xanax, it's very addictive

Thanks for reply. Been on Xanax prn for over 15 years. Only take 1/2 minimum dose occasionally, only when panic attacks start, which luckily occurs maybe once/twice a week.
This is so encouraging to hear. I am going away first time since covid started and IBS has not allowed me to since we could travel again. So looking forward to getting away however a little apprehensive especially as I will be flying, a 9hr flight followed by 1 hr flight😬.
Don't eat night before trip.
