The Ibs network have an "ask the experts" section where you can post questions. They are posted on the website so other people can read them and read the answers, so its not one to one, but if you don't find anything else it could be worth a look. They limit the length of questions and answer, but I've seen them ask for more information and have a short discussion with people.
