It's so annoying

And exhausting. I remember when my kids had diarrhea, the doctor said to stick to the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Apples, Toast. But not for too long; just until they felt settled.

Thank youu. Tbh i usually would go RT maybe because doc didn't tell me i can add vowels. Sometimes BAT, i hated RAT. But since 2020 eating bat isn't a good idea. I love the abbreviation 😂

Have you been to your GP, so they can run some tests?

I have been as i have this condition from a very long time, she just tells me to take probiotics

Did she run any elimination tests? In the UK there is a set protocol for diagnosing IBS. It can't be diagnosed from symptoms - and any doctor not running these tests could be acting negligently:
