Ibs starting again

All Christmas iv be able to go toliet not had any troubles yesterday I missed my tablet and guess what today I can't go to toliet 😭😭 woke up this morning feeling dizzy and sick feel awful today

Hi they begin with a d I'm only meant take 2 a day but I take 4 I can take 5 daily it says on packet iv been taken them going kinda OK I missed 2 and now I'm struggling it doesn't make any sense tbh I hate living like this
