I hear this is meant to be a healing frequency for IBS, IBD, and gut issues.I just listened to the whole thing and it had a cheering-up effect on me in a way. I quite liked it (if it hadn't been for my slightly dodgy laptop speakers...grrr)Whether or not that 'healing frequency' tuned in to my gut or not, we will see in the morning! lol 😀

Interesting! I played with binaural beats and isochronic sounds on Youtube a while back, but more for psychological/mental reasons than for IBS. I will bookmark this and try it next time I'm having a flareup. These sounds definitely work much better through headphones or earbuds so if you have any I would encourage you to try it with them, it could make a big difference. I hope it works for you!
Thanks for posting this Luisa22 . I am really enjoying listening to the relaxing music. Anything that helps us to relax is a good thing for IBS.
hi Luisa , thanks for posting this , been listening to various frequency music which helps with stress and relaxation , there’s all sorts of different ones , I think it does help 😄x
Hi Luisa22, just listening to this now. Nearly at the end but do feel slightly calmer than I do normally. What are your thoughts nearly a day later, do you think it was helpful? Maureen.
Well, last night after listening to it twice while I got on with other things, I went to bed in a sweeter mood than normal, and only had 6hrs sleep but woke up really refreshed! All day I wasn't a bit tired and I usually am if I don't get enough sleep.
This morning's bm was completely normal, and no discomfort low down a few hours after dinner this evening either. That hadn't been TOO bad lately, but not great either, but today okay. I don't know if it was that sound frequency thing or it would have happened anyway, because my IBS can be a bit illogical and random.
Yes, I know what you mean! I thought whilst listening to it this evening that it may have had a calming effect on it, I will keep playing with it to see if it helps at all but I guess it wouldn't do much if it was really bad. I'm not much of a music person, I only generally listened to music if I am out somewhere which is impossible to do anymore, I am not one that can work and listen to music, it puts me off what I am trying to do. I am a bit strange 😊.
I can't live without music. But I do understand what you mean. I can never understand people who can study or read a book while listening to music. I can't. I love classical mostly
don’t knock it until you’ve tried it ! 😄 x
🤣🤣🤣
It's not only physical things that can help with IBS symptoms. There has been a lot of research about the mind-gut connection. Hypnotherapy has been helpful for a lot of people, including me.
