Can you take Omazeprole and Buscopan together

I take both but tend to leave an hour between. I take omeprazole half hour before breakfast. Then I take buscopan after eating .

If you’re ever concerned about interactions between medicines, I always check on the BNF website; there are no known interactions between Buscopan (hyoscine butylbromide) and omeprazole (bnf.nice.org.uk/interaction...

Omeprazole reduces the amount of stomach acid you produce, and Buscopan reduces the activity of the gut, so with both you are reducing the acid your body needs to start digesting your food, and slowing down the bowel activity and therefore the transit time-you could end up with constipation!
