Almost 30 years now for me and I just react to whatever happens. I prepare by wearing an adult nappy if I need to go out and always walk with 'My kit' 😂 This is a pair of leggings, wipes, nappy sacks (for the offending items), clean socks as I'm always in trousers and clean knickers..all in a sealed plastic bag. Only good thing is I have a key for disabled toilets, as I'm disabled and have never had to queue for a public loo I can just go there and get in immediately.
You are so very welcome It just becomes the norm which is sad Can’t really remember pre IBS but to say it must of been glorious The slightest stress sets me off so at the moment I’m not so good but it won’t win I relax and talk to my tum and strangely it works and I settle Take care and keep up with your acceptance as I believe it totally makes life easier
