Does anyone find that the weather affects their IBS? High pressure, low pressure - or even solar flares? Windy weather? And which season is easiest for you?
For me, a prolonged period of high pressure (as we're having in the UK) can really bring on the ailments, especially IBS-C. Windy weather, too. And I really do prefer winter!
I'd love to know what anyone thinks?

Yes hot weather definitely affects me and makes my symptoms (IBS D) worse. With the sweating on top of that, it can leave me pretty exhausted and weak!
