Hi I was looking up online at juices that are good for treating IBS C quickly and was wondering if anyone had a suggestions? I have had very bad IBS for many years this would be extremely helpful.

Yes! I have several bottles of 64 ounces of Apple Juice. It has a gentle mild laxative effect. Just drinking 1/4 of the bottle helps. I find this better than Prune Juice which causes awful cramping, aloe Vera Juice, mineral oil, etc. I sometimes drink it along with strong dark roast bold coffee (Keurig) with six Stevia packets in each. After the apple juice and coffee it is stimulates a bowel movement. I still have to take weekly Senna though..as I have a very weak pelvic floor..
O.S. I have heard Pear juice and Prune juice work wonders..
