Noisey chest
Are you sure it's the stomach and not the large intestine? If the intestines I guess it could be gas and or fecal material passing through.
Well could be the stomach never did it until gallbladder removed
Bile (gall) from the gall bladder is used for fat digestion. Did you try to lower your fat intake since your gall bladder was removed? You could also try to take digestive enzymes to support the fat digestion. I also think there are some natural products that can help with the digestion of fats.
Gurgling, rumblings are normal sounds where food and gas is pushed along the gut during the digestive process. Noises in upper tract upto rib I also associate with gas. Chest noises sorry don't know🤔
I had my gallbladder removed and had stomach problems after, it was explained that the digestive system is complex and having a bit taken away means it has to do things in a different way. I also have gurgling in the stomach and in the chest area (Where you get indigestion) I have got used to it now although can be a bit embarrassing in a quiet room.
I’m the same loads of noises and feel funny movements inside stomach and chest area Also had my gallbladder removed years ago
I don’t eat hardly any fat and am careful with diet but still happens
Also told I have ibs
Lacking bass and drums, gurgle is about the best it gets.
