more bowel advice !!

more bowel advice ! After taking Movicol for three months of various doses to clear a impaction ( slowtransit bowel) I stopped it 7 days ago as suspected was causing my constant stomach pain. ( Pleased to say it was ) Anyway 7 days later and having took no laxatives what so ever am passing A BM every time I eat so 4/5 times a day large amounts and very painful as fissures . Is this just a case of my bowel trying to get back to normal ? as its not normal for me have struggled to go to the loo for years and tool laxatives continually only going twice a week if lucky but this is just as bad
