Has anyone tried silicol gel ? And can anyone recommend a good multi vitamin?
Am trying to look at thinks that may help some of my IBS symptoms.

I have and it made me really ill, more or less straight away, did not suit me, I suppose these things dont suit everyone.
Hi there. It did not agree with me. It felt very gritty going down and when I next coughed I had some blood in the tissue. Take care.
