Any medication for sore stomach after passing stools

Hello out there, has anyone suffered from stomach pain after passing stools? Not stomach cramps, just the uneasiness and sore stomach. Is there anything on the market that I can take to soothe the stomach. I've tried Colpermin but that does not always work. Any suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Yes i have this too, quite a lot of pain after. I usually resort to Colpermin and then if that does not work, i have to take paracetamol.

Hi, I used to have this too , that has mostly past now. I have found over time the severity of my symptoms has decreased ( over space of 10 months approx for me). I have found taking a peppermint oil capsule from Boots daily ( Colpermin not so effective for me) with breakfast very helpful. Also lying on floor and doing stomach massage.Hope this is helpful to you

I take dicycloverine 20 and paracetamol, also peppermint tea and massaging my stomach area. A lot of the time it's caused by trapped wind. A hot water bottle or a wheat bag helps.

A hot water bottle and peppermint tea sometimes helps. Other times its just a case of waiting until it settles down on its own.
