So bloated

Hi everyone I am so bloated and in pain I have just bought some Rennie deflatine has anyone tried them and do they work for u any help would be appreciated

I've not tried them but would be interested to hear if it helps.I usually go with ginger suppliments and ginger tea with a bit of gentle exercise to relieve bloating and trapped wind pain.

These are my go to for trapped wind and resulting pain. They really work for me and get rid of the pain once they start working.

Windsettlers work for me. The pain can be caused by bubbles of gas in the intestine, so Windsettlers (simeticone) helps to disperse the gas bubbles therefore reducing bloating and pain.

Still bloated and painful got hospital appointment Saturday for ultra scan to look at my stomach so hopefully they may find out why I'm so bloated my husband said I'm I look like I'm about to pop 🤣🤣. How r u doing hope your ok xx

Ah bless you it's such a horrible feeling being bloated isn't it? Mines much better now I'm not as constipated but do still get bouts of it. Hope the scan gives them an idea what's going on take care lovely xx
