Bowel Clearance

Has anyone had problems getting their bowels moving again, after the full bowel clearance drinks? I had Plenvu last Saturday evening (and disgusting it was!!). Started eating properly again on Monday breakfast and not had a bowel movement yet. Thank you.

Yes , that happens to me all the time, making me constipated again. It’s a vicious circle.

It takes about 3 days to get back to normal bm. It's just the time it takes for food to progress through. Unfortunately you might get the urge and some discomfort while sitting on the loo producing nothing but it passes, ha sorry for the pun. Keep drinking fluids.

Yes, been awash with water. Some success this morning!! Lower abdomen has been sore this week, thought it might be something to do with the poisonous Plenvu. Thanks for replying.
