I'm a newbie on here, I have been having loose stools only in the morning for over 3months now and gurgling stomach, sometimes a little pain and bloating. Had FIT test and other Stool test came back ok , waiting for my appointment for a colonoscopy which should be in the next few weeks. I'm just worried that it is something serious !
I have tried not eating certain foods and cutting out milk but no change, its frustrating and scary at the same time just constantly worrying about it.

You don't say how old you are but from what you say, it sounds classic IBS to me. You seem to be getting looked after well and having plenty of tests but as your preliminary tests are fine I'm pretty sure you have nothing to worry about!
While you are having tests, I suggest you ask to be tested for coeliac disease at the same time. Don't give up gluten before they take the blood test though!
Hi thank you for your reply, yeah its weird its only in the morning, its like my unwanted alarm clock, but with you being a vegan your right its cant be dairy intolerance, I'm having a colonoscopy and some biopsy taken to get to the bottom of it excuse the pun but its frustrating more than anything not knowing, hope you get some answers take care.
hello just a update after having my colonoscopy done, they found a 4mm polyp which was removed and they did random biopsies, just waiting for results which is a bit stressful hopefully all will be ok. Still have the loose bowel movements but only in the morning and bloating like trapped wind ???
I would be interested to hear about your results please as I feel I’m in the exact position/symptoms . Colonoscopy completed last Friday, one polyp removed and random biopsies.
Doc said he saw nothing to be worried about but waiting on biopsy results and mentioned IBS.
