Hi all, can anyone relate to having very low pelvic pain with ibs?

I know it’s not gyno related as have had hysterectomy. Can bowel pain be that low down? It’s just a constant stomach ache😫

Hi Alysm...take folic acid tablets and massage where the pain is..worked for me !

I have the same and with my list of complaints forgot to ask the doc. I have another appt in Dec so will ask then.

Hi. It’s impossible to say without tests. When I was a medical secretary we had quite a few patients with suspected bowel problems to discover that they really had women’s difficulties and vice versa. Look into it. Con amore Bx

I do! Whenever I have a flare the pain and cramping is low centered. I still have all my lady parts so am still trying to decipher which area is the cause of the problems.

Hi I get really bad pain , cramps low down sometimes, on the right hand side just above pubic area have had it for 30 odd years , buscopan helps relieve it x
