Retired. Dealing with IBS all my life. Hypnotherapy and enzymes are helping. Pre- and probiotics, too.

Happy retirement! I retired not so long ago and find I had to change and get a new routine now I had not got an office loo close by. I also keep myself busy. It sounds as if you have things under control with the probiotics and hypnotherapy. I found CBT helpful👍

Thanks, Linley. Not sure one ever gets this scourge under complete control. Things are much better since I decided to get more proactive. U'm still fighting, but the battles seem to be fewer and not so draining. Imodium remains as both my sword and shield!
