Interesting as I do get a lot of itchy skin issues too. I wonder if it's like an allergic reaction to food or other substances as I have hay-fever & ezcema and was allergic to everything on patch tests

Yes, I have often had rashes on my body due to the IBS, more so when it was more runny! But these days I get this prickly heat feeling (no rash) and it always makes me feel like I need the loo. I try to ignore it and it goes away after a while but sometimes it can disappear quite quickly and other times it can hang around ages just making me jittery like I should go to the loo, but I know it would not be a good idea!
