I suffer from IBS D mostly I thought with the gluten free that I was starting to get results I went to toilet at 9.55 with what I can only describe as pebbles then had a normal poo at 11.55 so thought I was good for the day but after brunch my tummy felt like I needed to go but couldn't do any more than at 5.10 I had the runs (d) I took 2 Imodium so at dinner time I only had tea and toast and a banana as I couldn't face dinner has this happened anyone else?

Hi I am finding this aswell I have just started the gluten free and fodmap diet and for afew days my poo 💩 went back to normal then all of a sudden I had to rush to the toilet as it all came out like water. I thought I had started to get on top of my IBS D but not sure anymore. I am finding I am ok for afew days then I'm back to square 1 I am still sticking to the fodmap diet and gluten free foods as they do seem to be helping more than what I was eating. Hope yours settles soon

Thanks, it's hard to find a solution, but I think we're all on a no win battle we would be lost only for the imodum, it's a lifesaver at these trouble times!
