All I often have a feeling of fullness or dull ache on the left side of my abdomen. Or sometimes tenderness. I have been told by a physician that this location only has muscles and bowel in them
Sometimes when I drink water I get this heavy sensation like a sack of water dropped in my stomach
When I poop after being constipated I feel a release! Almost like letting water out of a balloon
I have had it for 5 years it’s suddenly getting worse and feels heavy
Otherwise my stool is normal, no blood streaks I go once in 5-7days when I don’t consume fiber

The left is where your sigmoid colon is. That area is smaller in size compared to your intestines so you may just be feeling the pressure of things trying to move through this area. Do try to keep your bowel movements regular as you can develop diverticulosis (pockets in the colon).
Hi. I’m good I did a Colonography. CT scan of the bowel and entire abdomen. They found NOTHING. This is my 4th scan in 4 years. However I was told it’s Muscular or Nerves or transferred pain. I was also told it could be psychological ie stress can present in many ways and it make be that my nerves on the left side are super sensitive. I still have no answers
