Weight gain with IBS

Anyone else having trouble losing weight with IBS-C? Although I haven’t been diagnosed with it, I have all the symptoms. Upper and lower scopes both done all is good. I’m currently waiting for gastro doctor appointment.

Yes. I initially lost weight due to diarrhoea. Now my IBS is more constipation days i have put weight on and cannot lose it. I consume no more calories than i used to but the weight keeps going on

sounds like me, i even go to the gym regularly, although since all these symptoms have flared up, my joints and muscles ache

Hi, I take joint tablets from healthspan they really have helped my pain, from really ache all day too nothing at all, also take vitamin c and d, all worth it, hope this helps and works
