I’m just wondering if anybody else who has extremely bad constipation also has trouble with their spine tingling or burning, and having their gait affected. And when most constipated I find it hard to keep a normal posture too. Is it just me?

You might like me have “ Pelvic Floor Dysfunction “ which is caused by either
Low back pain due to a ruptured disc.
If that’s the case you might consider
Lower back spinal surgery , which frankly
Is not dangerous and recovery is less
Than 5 days . If you have had surgery then
There is pelvic floor therapy that works
50/50 ; also, conbined with biofeedback
Good luck , Robert
Not just you. See Jaspers message above I just replied to.
I find ordinary bran works extremely well, start with one spoonful on cereal and increase by one heaped spoonful a day until you constipation disappears. Sorry cannot help with your pain. Bran is cheap and available in Holland & Barrat or health food shops.
