Hello lve used this many times I did find it helps to settle my belly l always keep it in cubbard

How long did it take. Did it help with pain.

I took it regularly for a month an it helped with my diareah very well. Do in that respect yes as if l don't have diareah l don't have pain but l was still careful as whst l was eating. I have started taking it again this week as lve been having flare up recently! Just make sure you drink plenty of water or l find l get bunged up

I swear by this it really helps settle my stomach but it doesn't suit everyone

Don’t think it helps with pain, but perhaps diarrhoea?
