It does for me, yes. In fact pain and indigestion are my main symptoms beyond the initial day or two flare up.

I have had IBS for years but recently I have suffered with indigestion too, my doctor said this can be IBS related.

Oh yes, I first started with IBS in 2007 After a nasty bout of Gastric flu. I now have excess acid and suffered chronic indigestion since my IBS started. I have been on Omprazol since 2007, if I stop, which I tried, bad indigestion again ☹️

One of my main symptoms too especially during a flare up.... my current flare up is left side spasms into my back and constipation my problem is I get a grip of one set of symptoms and the IBS finds a new way !!
