Hi everyone, so I have a blood test Friday morning and I have to also give a poo sample, as my GP wants to test to make sure we're not looking at anything more serious.
I've been tested for celiac disease in the past and it was negative (thank goodness!) but my inflammatory markers as they called it, were slightly raised?
Do sometimes pass blood, but when I'm on my period?

The blood stools will tell the doctor a lot! You can not have celiac disease but you can have a sensitivity to gluten. And that can make you feel horrible.
Some people just can't tolerate other breads than white but there is one company that makes a good white bread without a lot of the additives most have. I have found a bread I really like (one of my weaknesses is bread). The name of the bread I like is called Natures Own Perfectly Crafted Thick Sliced Multigrain. I believe they also make a white as well.
