About subscriptions to email

Hi. How can i get less emails please? I can't get one every day or gmail will want me to start paying for a gmail account.

Can i receive them once a fortnight or once a month, otherwise how do i unsubscribe?

Gmail do not charge. You can send and receive unlimited numbers of emails without cost.

However if you want to unsubscribe, just scroll to the bottom of any email from the site and the option is there.

Gmail dont charge. You can receive or send as many Gmails as you want free! Health unlocked emails are extremely helpful at times as they represent real people with real problems some of which you may be suffering from.

I know its put my mind at rest knowing other ordinary people are suffering the same symptoms as me from a particular illness and that I haven't therefore got something more serious like cancer going on.

At times I get emails with posts that dont concern me but I just delete them. It's not hard to delete one message per day! You must get numerous other emails that come everyday as I certainly delete about 20 per day from one company or another .

By all means unsubscribe but then you wont get any helpful advice. Alternatively just delete the daily emails if you are not interested in the headline. You cant expect health unlocked to send you one email a week or every two weeks and the rest of us daily. You wouldnt then get the selection of posts that most pertains to your illness

Hi, if you click on your profile picture you will get a list up. One of them is "settings" . If you go into that and scroll down you will come to "digest". You can change it to monthly etc there. Funnily enough I went into this by mistake yesterday! 😃
