Hi everybody. I suffer from IBS and an IgA deficiency. I'm 58 and by now all my mucous membranes have deteriorated from the chronic inflammation. I have GI tract problems but also pretty much everywhere else. I also live with a lot of pain from chronic inflammation. If anyone has solutions how to diminish inflammation, I'd be glad to learn about it. I'm currently trying Wim Hof's breathing technique and it provides relief. I need to do for longer to get an idea how much improvement it can give me.

IBS and IgA deficiency
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. I chew a thumb tip sized block of raw ginger in the morning. After chewing for a minute I drink it down with a big glass of water. I then wait 30 minutes before I eat anything else. Also going vegetarian has helped.
I am 63 and have IGa deficiency and IBD
I found that for me the philips brand colon care eliminates my IBD symptoms. I don’t know why but it works for me.
In these times the IGa deficiency is very scary—stay safe
Try to buy some kombucha tea powder to mix with fizzy water or plain water, or buy premade bottles of it - or if you are creaTive in the kitchen make your own. I used to buy a small bottle & drink a quarter at each meal but it becomes expensive. Then i found a dried kombucha that has lemon in it & i use a teaspoon in a small bottle size & i get about 50 serves & the jar costs about $12-15 though it might be coming down in price. Kombucha has settled my GERD & IBS somewhat. It isnt a miracle drug but it really does aid GI tract inflammation. Just have it available for when you are about to have a meal.. I believe it will help soothe your gut-brain connection. I am 63yo & had this issue since a PTSD from a maniac who i let move onto my property & who went out of his way to trash everything i owned & held me prisoner & changed my life but people really can heal. Just find what works & maybe this will also work for you.
Good luck & stay safe!
