I cant control my ibs when I I have have diarrhoea I can't make it it to the toilet

Then when I b s makes me constipated it cripples me to the point I can't sit up up or move around and I am concerned about this and the pain is unbearable I take pain relief which does ease it but I'm very concerned about this rhe pain

I don't have an answer for you but hope someone here can help. It's very difficult at themoment as stress will not be helping.

Hi..I have heard people taking a medication for diarrhea and IBS called "Colistipal". I think that is what it is called but you May have to Google it. Do you take Opiods for pain management? I was told that Senna..a stimulant laxative..is the most effective for opioid induced constipation. But now there are better meds out there such as "Movantik" "Linzess" "Trulance" or "Relistor". When I had cramping I took antispasmodics such as Bentyl or Levsin. Do you see a gastroenterologist?
