When you have have gastritis you will have to change your diet because otherwise it will never work . Either go gluten free and dairy free and see if this helps and I am confident that this will work . You can also get tested for celiac . Tobybear .

One thing you can not do is go on a gluten free diet then asked to be tested for celiac disease. Whwn you stop eating gluten you wull not get the correct result. They would ask you to be on a normal diet with gluten for about 6 weeks before they can get a real test result.
