ANY ADVISE AT ALL PLEASE

Hi All, just a Quick question. I normally suffer chronic IBS,but yesterday I think I had a yogurt that was off. I had a temperature,which I took Paracetamol for,and that calmed down. But I felt so ill,and I was on the toilet 6-7times. After taking a Temazapam I finally fell asleep and had a good night.

My question is,this morning I have a rumbling stomach with some pain.

Has anyone got any idea what I should be doing today,in the way of trying to settle my stomach. I really can’t cope with another day like yesterday. Please don’t tell me to see my GP,because that’s no use.

OK, your gut is raw and sore. You have to be careful for a few days what you put in there! Boiled white rice is good for me for a few meals and then add chicken, spinach, carrot and a little parmesan cheese. Just eat very plain simple foods. It will heal well!
