am taking bisoprolol and have been for 4 years . my dose has just been increased from 1.25 to 2.50 mg

i presume its ok to take a double dose .(until i have used up my previous prescription )as i have a couple of months in hand .i do not like unnecessary waste and the 1.25 mg tablets have a good sell by date on them.
