You guys probably recognise my username after my 50000 posts since May haha. I took flucloaxillin on may 3rd and had very consistent d* , cramps, painful gas up until about 3 weeks ago. I still get these uncomfortable feelings but compared to how it HAS been over this summer I feel like a new woman. However, what I AM having now after cutting out spices, garlic, 95% of veg is extreme constipation - but whats weird is I still go to the bathroom most days ,its just rocks. And painless. Barely any bloating as I eat fish, light carbs and drink water... but Im confused...Its rare that I have one full stool which is concerning but I have been on white bread for almost 4 months now and eat pastries as this is what "fixed" my d* problem (basically constipating myself - my system is well and truly messed up apparantly). But...I have no pain..my body seems to "wake up" after a day of not going and it all comes out (tmi). Am I getting better or way worse? :/

You are finding a new you.
Hi, the thing with IBS is that it's always changing. You just sort out a system that works and it changes again. Also the seasons have a lot to do with it too. In the summer it gets more runny and in the winter it can go too much the other way. I always find spring and autumn better.
