Abdomen tenderness
Hi dear friend.
Sorry your having a hard time.
Yes sadly you can have flairs from some foods and you may have the horrible cramps.
Best thing you can do to monitor things is to do a food diary.
Write down what you have to eat. Put a tic in a square if your okay after having the snack or meal or mark an X if not. See what food you had that may be causing the problem, sometimes you might bring up a hecup an without being vulgar you may belch an the taste of the actual piece of food causing the cramps / pain you may actually taste back up.
So you then make a note of it an either have smaller portion or avoid it all together. Spice, some type of herbs, some red meat, full dairy products, fiz or sparking drinks and water will definitely play a part in giving you a flair up. So monitor what dose and make note of it.
Foods with high fibre are quite good, but yes you can of course eat your favourite 6, just document any that seem to be causing you discomfort.
Always make sure you eat small portion of food every 4 hours include your meals in that. Drink plenty of water try 8 small glasses a day and finish drinking by 6 pm /7.00 an dont eat anything after 8.00pm so your body can digest everything you had that day.
Just make sure every 4 hours you get proper smzll portion of food into you and plenty of fruit and vegetables.
I hope this will help you

Yes I have tender colon but I have parasites so think they cause it.
