Does anyone else ever feel as if their stomach is vibrating or shaking?
It is not painful, just unsettling and annoying. I dont know what could be causing it. Any insight?

I get this a lot. As far as i can tell it is mainly internal gas and stomach spasms. Just my guess!
It is normally caused by wind going past some form of obstruction. Don't worry, it is not that sort of obstruction. Wind can find a way through, but sometimes, there is not quite enough room,so, as it's passes through it causes the liquid, in your intestines to bubble as it goes through, and out the other side (If you have a glass of water, and blow, through a straw, into it you will get bubbles), as the intestines are basically a sealed tube, it comes through your belly as a flutter/tickle/mini vibration. It is certainly not something to worry about.
Thank you! Do you know what could have caused it to start happening? I didn’t used to have this sensation until recently. My diet is the same if not better than it used to be
Also, can it radiate up into your chest? I sometimes feel it there too
Do you suffer with any form of reflux disease? I would have thought that is the only way wind can get into the chest area (as it tries to find an exit to leave the internal workings by burping. [one of the reasons why a dodgy stomach can give you had breath}). I don't know what has caused it initially, but it you reduce your intake of fizzy pops (carbonated soft drinks to zero), and also limit alcohol. When eating take small mouthful and chew your food really well, this will reduce the amount of excess has going in, and should reduce the amount travelling through the body to try to come out.
The best things are always the simplest and in your case can help both the fluttering and excess acid coming up through reflux. So start by removing carbonated drinks from your diet completely. You can drink as much water or squash (sugar free) as you like. Reduce any alcohol intake, (because it does contain gas), remove pulses and baked beans from your diet (the normal suspects, cauliflower, sweetcorn etc). Eat small mouthfuls and chew very well before you swallow, and also eat your food slowly (like a wine connoisseur tastes wine). All this will reduce the amount of gas going into your stomach, and hopefully reduce the amount trying to come out. It may well be worthwhile keeping a food diary for a couple of weeks, just to see how much difference it makes. Hope the above is helpful, but you can also ask your GP or pharmacist.
I was told by a biology professor that our gi tract is always moving, but it is imperceptible to us.
When we can actually feel it, it is a sign of an over active GI tract.
2 meds come to mind that might help. Dicyclamine and Levsin-both are anti spasmodics.
What causes an over active GI tract? Is that something to be concerned about?
And is there a way to prevent it?
Mine is not gas. I think k it is bad nerves
