Hi guys, hope your all well, another thing I am worried about is weight loss. Obviously everything you read on google says to visit the doctor if you have “unintentional weight loss” I was dieting since January but stopped when I started having tummy troubles, I don’t do the same exercises I did back then. My tummy troubles started late April, so I haven’t been doing the workouts and haven’t really been dieting. I’ve basically just been eating what I can (3 meals a day, most likely light meals) and barely anything in between and drinking water. And I’ve lost 11lbs since the end of April. Do you guys think this is just from the eating habits from the IBS or do you think I should go to the doctor about this as unintentional weight loss?

We'd suggest speaking to your GP with a view to being referred to a registered dietitian.
Well, the weight loss is unintentional, however, have you been having lots of pain, wind and gurgling from your stomach? Have you had diarrhoea? Do you think you have just had a bout of IBS? Are you worried about the weight loss? The thing is only you know you, so, in all honesty, only you can answer that question. Personally, I would say, watch what you are eating and drinking over the next three or four weeks, and also keep a check on your weight. If you are eating "normally" and you continue to lose weight, then a GP visit would be in order.
I think it would be a good idea to see your doctor
