Low grade fever and pain after eating

I am 26 years old, male, 173cm, 68kg. I am having problems with digestion, I get pain 20 mins after eating along with feeeling hot as if there is inflammation somewhere. My base temperature is 36.5 in armpit but after eating it can rise to 37.3 in the armpit. I don't understand!

I feel like along with diarhea and undigested food it is pancreatitis, but doctors dismiss me and think it is either psychiatric condition or some other digestive problem. Anyon suffer from something similar? I am most worried about weight loss and fever.
