I would like to sincerely apologize for the picture but I am really worried about my GI tract. I have been having a lot of abdominal pain and I would love to know what the hell is wrong. Called and made an appointment with a GI doctor but can't see them until July 15... My poop has been looking like this lately with weird discoloration and specks... I took pinworm medication today in fear of that is what it is. Could it be candida? I do eat a lot of sugar and carbs. My poop has been very disintegrated as well almost like it could just fall apart... Please lmk if y'all can identify anything.

Mine quite often looks like that. Different colours and specks of undigested food. It never lasts for long!
My poo more often than not looks like that, especially after going numerous times in a short space of time and if I'm having an episode or eat something I can't digest e.g. Peppers or sweetcorn it will come out the other end the way it went in 😂
Please don't apologise for the picture.
Have you tried cutting out the sugar, also changing to non-refined carbs and eating a bit less of them (Eat more veg instead)
Keep a log of what you eat until the 15th.
Look like bits of undigested peppers (no worries).
Can your GP test you for parasites etc. etc. before the 15th ?
Also when you have time have a look at Stuarts post:

I'm no expert on IBS (I'm just starting to try to learn). Always consult your qualified medical experts.
Wishing you well,

Does your poop always float?
It really does not look unusual. Poop just is always changing from day to day, depending in different factors. I have had decades of stool looking like that and have always had my routine tests done , and nothing wrong shows up on tests. . Hope that puts you at ease, some. Take good care !
Very surprised it looks like that when you say you eat a lot of carbs and sugar. The carbs and sugar are fermenting in your intestines and creating gas which is pressing against areas that shouldn't be pressed against. Cut out the sugar and carbs and replace with good fats (animal, butter, coconut oil). If you're like most people, you won't, so... prove me wrong, please.
Hello - did you ever figure it out? Is that parasites? My son's looks exactly the same - he has been diagnosed with UC and is very sick...He eats a ton of sushi so I've suspected parasites. Please let me know asap
