Help and advice, please.

Hi, I'm new and really need some help and advice please.

My 3 year old daughter hasn't had a pooh in 2 days and has really bad tummy ache, the pharmacy is now closed and I was just wondering if there I anything I could do to help ease the pain or help her have a pooh.

Warm bottle seems to soothe the pain but once it's gone cold, the pain is back. Any medicine I could give her to help with the pain and help her go to the toilet.

Advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you

You haven't said what is normal for your daughter, but I'd think about ringing 111. I'm assuming you are in the UK here.

Hi, how is your daughter doing now? If no better I agree with the below advice and I'd call 111 if this isn't isn't normal for your daughter. Also maybe high fibre food, some of her favourite fruit made into a smiley face?
