Being sick

Hi guys,

I ate some bad food Friday night which did not agree with me, which had me running to the bathroom at 2am on the toilet and accompanied by violent stomach pains but weirdly this time I was throwing up every where! I have felt nauseous before but not really thrown up. Has this happen to anyone else?

Sounds more like food poisoning than IBS to me!
