From all I have read on medical websites and studies into IBS, there is no right answer. You have to try em one at a time and see if your symptoms improve on one brand or another. The only thing is make sure the different brand uses a different strain of bacteria or it's pointless., Hope this helps, oh I should say it's down to everyone being different and having different blooms of bacteria in the gut.
