Anxiety or something else?

ive Been having weird little stomach cramps all through my stomach lately, they come and go usually sticking around for only a couple minutes at a time. Also there are little red specs in my stool lately. Not every day but once in a while for the past couple of weeks. Today I noticed that my stool also looked like it had mucus in it or something? I’m a 20 year old college athlete so I’m pretty active and have no family history of cancer. Googling things freaks me out and makes me feel worse. Can someone help me out? Thank you

Think you should see your doctor rather than try and guess what the problem is. Yes, anxiety can cause a lot of bowel problems.
