Flare up 😒

I am having a bad flare up of IBS. I have fibromyalgia and AF . The question I want to ask is has anybody else when having a flare up has a creeping cold feeling go through their body and feeling like your going to have a panic attack but after a bowel motion it all goes away? This is what I have had with this flare up and it’s not nice at all!

Yup. That's your Vagal Nerve firing. It controls your gut, your blood pressure, your heart rate and the fight or flight response among other things. It is the communication hub between your gut and brain. If it is irritated you get what you are experiencing. And anxiety too of course.

Hi I haven't got your problem, but I was reading an article today in a womans magazine they suggested Tai Chi for people was fibromyalgia. Just a suggestion. Hope it helps. There

are some Tai Chi tutors that do explain which part of the body the movements are for. Just look up types of Tai chi on line. Make sure you go to somone who is qualified. Good luck.
