Anyone by any chance with H-pylor or ibs and constipation you see mucus with pink blood in the toilet? Is it something g common? Ty

Constipation could cause a bit of bleeding but dont think it is a symptom of ibs not sure about h pylori

i forgot to mention that i have diarrhea for the last 6 months, pain on my right side i had a colonoscopy done and it was ok

Not in my experience. I think if you see any trace of blood go to your Dr right away. I hope it's nothing too serious.

Yes I do but still best to get it checked out with doc sometimes heomoroids bleed or straining so hard to go also mucus I have had.
