Constipation

Hey guys m 17 and Iast year I moved from Dubai to my home country. And the first few months I was suffering from diarrhoea because the water didn’t suit me but gradually it was alright I was adjusted . But close to December I faced constipation and it was severe where like for 4,5 days I wouldn’t have any bowel movements I ignored this but when after 4,5 days I used feel dizzy and lightheaded then I finally had 1 bowel movements and the same continues I have constipation and feel dizzy before having a bowel movement and after that I’m relaxed abitbut it still isn’t normal bowel movements per week .In between I was fine but after sometime it came back and when ever I get constipation I get dizzy not that severe dizzy but I still get worried and since the past few days I’m paying full attention to having water 5,6 glasses per day . Any advices ?

Are you under the care of a Gastroenterologist? Do you have it been diagnosed with IBS Or Colonoscopy done to rule anything out?
