Hello I have constant presure in my bum doctors says he thinks it's ibs but it never goes the presure and it's like am being blocked when I wee also any advice I had a prostate exam the other day he said that was fine

Hi, there could be several reasons for this condition and you probably should be under a care of a good gastroenterologist, not really a Doctor as they are not as specialised with this problem as a specialist..and better tests like a Colonoscopy, Digital rectal exam, Anal Mamnotry test, Sigmoidscopy..or perhaps to see a colon or rectal specialist. I don't think a prostate exam and a doctor saying "he thinks it is IBS" is enough..too vague, and it's too bad, this is all they did for your discomfort. It may be "Tenesmus" or a condition caused by piles..internal or external, pelvic floor dysfunction..you definitely need better tests and a good gastroenterologist or colon and rectal specialist to further diagnose you..keep us posted..
