Bimuno on day 8 and pain seems to have gone!

IBS often caused by SIBO

Small intestine Bacterial overgrowth.

This product encourages growth of certain bacterias important to digestive health inc. Bifidobacteria.

Believe me I have tried everything! Worth a try. Comes in sachets one a day.

Hi I am reluctant to try it as I have tried many probiotics over the years including expensive ones. Most recently VSL3 and none made any difference. I have IBS C and bloating. I suppose I could try another one. How soon should I feel a difference?

I am interested too in this product. In the past any product that feeds the bacteria even though good has vastly increased my pain and bloating, so a bit reluctant. Would it be considered to be a high FODMAP ?
