Sugar free warning

I have kept IBS D under control for 7 months with the low FODMAP diet. I had oral thrush so started to use a "sugar free" over the counter remedy. My diarrhea came back with a vengence. When I examined the ingredients I found "peach kernal oil" which I assume is the culprit. Watch out for other "sugar free" items.
